The Australian government's willingness to use a "strong" strategy on public diplomacy has been revealed in the defense sector.

It is known that the U.S., Australia and Japan conducted additional training among three countries apart from the first stage of the Malabar exercise, which was carried out with India in the Bay of Bengal to deter China from entering the Indian Ocean.

A high-ranking Australian Navy official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said, "The U.S. Navy destroyer and Australian and Marine Corps frigates conducted anti-submarine and mobile tactical training in the Bay of Bengal for two days from the 6th, the day after the Malabar exercise."

The three countries have continued to keep China in check by holding joint exercises with the South Korean Navy in Guam in September and conducting joint security operations in the South China Sea last month.

In particular, the exercise draws attention as the Australian government openly put forward the government's "strong and strong" policy at a time when it is under trade pressure with China, advocating the international community's "urging to find out the cause of Corona 19."
