브레이크뉴스 박동제 기자= 그룹 하이라이트 출신 용준형이 이태원 참사 여파로 인해 새 앨범 발매에 이어 단독 콘서트도 잠정 연기했다.

1일 용준형의 소속사 블랙메이드 측은 공식입장을 내고 “이태원에서 발생한 사고로 오는 5일 24시까지 국가 애도 기간이 선포됨에 따라 공연 잠정 연기 결정을 내리게 됐다”고 밝혔다.

이어 “본 공연을 기다려줬을 팬 여러분들께 사과의 말씀을 드리며, 새로운 공연 일자가 정해지는 대로 공지를 통해 알려드리도록 하겠다”고 전했다. 

또 “예매 티켓은 예매처를 통해 수수료를 포함한 결제금액 전액 환불 조치되며, 환불 절차에 불편함이 없도록 최선을 다하겠다”며 “관객분들의 너른 양해를 부탁드리며, 이번 이태원 사고 피해자와 유가족 분들께 깊은 애도를 표한다”고 덧붙였다.

용준형 측은 앞서 지난달 30일 “이날 오후 6시로 예정돼 있던 용준형의 EP ‘LONER’ 발매가 잠정 연기됐다. 또한 발매 일정 변동으로 인해 10월 31일 예정이었던 피지컬 앨범 출시 일정도 잠정 연기됐다”고 알린 바 있다.

한편, 지난달 29일 밤 서울 용산구 이태원동 일대에서 핼러윈을 앞두고 최소 수만 명의 인파가 몰리면서 대규모 압사 참사가 발생해 156명이 사망했다.
