A confirmed case occurred on Cruise, which was embroiled in controversy over Covid-19 floating culture plates. The crew was identified as a member of Princess Cruise.
A confirmed case of Covid-19 was also confirmed on the cruise ship "Ruby Princess," which left Sydney on Tuesday.
Health authorities in New South Wales conducted Covid-19 tests on 13 passengers who showed symptoms of the cold on the Ruby Princess, which carried 2,700 passengers and 1,100 crew members. Two passengers and one crew member were tested positive.
The Ruby Princess stopped in New Zealand and returned to Sydney. The remaining 2700 passengers without symptoms aboard the ship also reportedly left the ship after being advised to pay their self isolate for 14 days.
The Ruby Princess is a member of Princess Cruise, such as the Diamond Princess and the Grand Princess, which were confirmed to have the Covid-19 outbreak in Japan's Yokohama and San Francisco.
Health authorities are in nervous.
