South Korea's foreign ministry's ridiculous attitude is being criticized. The Chinese government abruptly canceled the two chartered flights, which were scheduled to depart with Samsung Electronics and its affiliates.
Controversy arose as the two countries agreed to unilaterally scrap the "fast-track system" that was introduced since May without prior notification or request for cooperation.
The bigger problem is the attitude of our foreign ministry. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade seems to represent China, saying, "This is due to the increase in the number of confirmed overseas inflow corona." Critics point out that China has not even been able to properly protest against China's unfair diplomatic measures.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Samsung Electronics, two Korean Air and Asiana chartered flights, which were scheduled to head to Xian and Tianjin in China on the 13th, were canceled earlier this week due to the Chinese Civil Aviation Administration's refusal. About 200 executives and employees of Samsung Electronics, its affiliates and suppliers were scheduled to board the plane. Samsung Electronics has a NAND flash plant in Xi'an and a TV plant in Tianjin.
Since May, Korea and China have been implementing fast-track businesses to ensure essential economic activities. China has designated two airports in Xian and Tianjin to allow the entry of Samsung chartered flights, and avoided a 28-day quarantine if a businessman is diagnosed with corona negative after arriving in China.
However, instead of boarding a chartered plane, they have to enter China on a regular flight and go into self-price for 28 days, the same as ordinary people.
Nevertheless, the Foreign Ministry did not show any protest or regret to China. From the official position in the afternoon, he only said, "With the recent increase in the number of confirmed overseas arrivals in China, the Chinese side has implemented stricter quarantine measures for all inbound travelers to China, regardless of nationality or corporate status."
However, Lee Jae-woong, deputy spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said, "These measures do not appear to be a complete abolition of the rapid entry system between Korea and China. We will continue to consult with the Chinese authorities."
However, articles on the case said that China has begun to kill Samsung and South Korean semiconductors, from mocking comments such as "China has bent over" and "Have you ever complained to China?" There was also a comment criticizing, "Which country is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade said.
Korea's low-key stance toward China has been consistently pointed out. Starting with Chinese President Xi Jinping's remarks at a ceremony marking the 70th anniversary of anti-U.S. aid last month, the South Korean government did not comment even when a series of remarks distorting the North's June 25 Invasion from North Korea were made in China. He also did not refute Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zaorizen's remarks on achieving the three-way agreement on THAAD.
